Shipping And Handling Shipping costs are a minimum of £7.00 for the first item and £4.25 per additional item. Where a number of items can be placed into a single package this will be done and only the single item charge of £7.00 will apply. We will make an automatic refund by way of a credit to your credit card should this apply to your order. As our supplier ships direct from the factory we won't know if the single item charge or multiple item charge will apply for up to 35 days after the order has been processed. Once our invoice is checked and we calculate a refund is due if any we will make the refund immediately. Some products may need to be assembled on receipt. Delivery Schedule We will normally send your order to you in within 5 business days .This may take longer when products are purchased with engraving requirements, but we do our very best to get your order to you as fast as possible.

* Please note that delivery times are from completion of order, taking into account stock availability and engraving requirements so please allow a maximum of 28 days for delivery. We will of course endeavour to complete the order in a much shorter time than this and we normally complete delivery within 5 business days but this may take longer with complex logos and engraving..
* Please note delivery charges can be based on weight or a combination of weight and service used.

Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free and you should click the exempt button to reduce VAT to zero .
